WHEN WILL MY STORE BE OPEN?

Individual Express and Express Factory Outlet store locations will reopen based on local regulations and mall guidelines. For information about your local store including hours of operation, please visit stores.express.com.

 

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT ONLINE WHILE YOUR STORES WERE CLOSED?

If you made a purchase online after February 1, 2020, you may return the items to a store up to 60 days from the purchase date or 30 days after that store reopens, whichever is later. If you prefer to return your online order via mail, you may do so for up to 90 days after purchase. This policy will remain in effect until September 1, 2020 and excludes Final Clearance and Marketplace items. CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT IN A STORE BEFORE YOUR STORES CLOSED?

If you made a purchase in a store after February 1, 2020, you may return the items to a store up to 60 days from the purchase date or 30 days after that store reopens, whichever is later. WHAT SAFETY MEASURES WILL BE IN PLACE IN STORES?

The safety of our customers and associates is our highest priority. As our stores reopen, we are taking the following actions to provide a safe and comfortable environment for associates and customers:

  • Training associates on new health and safety protocols
  • Practicing proper social distancing
  • Providing contact-free customer service and payment options
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all stores thoroughly and frequently
  • Limiting store capacity to recommended numbers.
