DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

gift cards are shipped separately from merchandise items; there is no shipping & handling charge for gift cards delivered via Standard Delivery.
When a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There is no additional charge for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
U.S. SECOND DAY/U.S. OVERNIGHT
Orders must be made before 2:00 p.m. EST to guarantee that your order is processed on the same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- Canada Express: $40.00 for any order. Delivery within 3-4 business days.
- International Standard: $25.00 for any order. Delivery within 6-10 business days.
- International Express: $60.00 for any order. Delivery within 3-5 business day.
We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time; you may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address.
Certain items are ineligible for international shipping.
Embassy and military shipments are not available.
Orders shipped via International Express delivery typically arrive in 3-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING FEE
When you place an international order, you authorize our broker to act as your agent to submit shipments to customs and other regulatory agencies for clearance. The International Processing Fee includes all taxes, duties, and related administrative expenses to send the goods to your "ship to" location. You will not be responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.
Due to some import restrictions, certain items may need to be removed during checkout. If your order contains these products, you will be notified at that time.
Canadian customers will be responsible for all transportation, storage, and insurance costs (the 'Shipping and Handling fees') and will purchase the goods from Express LLC Ex Works ('EXW') or Free on Board 'FOB' Groveport, Ohio 'i.e., ownership and the risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to Canadian customers when Express LLC makes available or delivers goods to the carrier.
By ordering goods from Express LLC, customer hereby authorizes a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Express LLC to act as their agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Express LLC and prepare and submit refund claims on their behalf for any merchandise that they return. Customer understands that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that Customer will obtain the refund directly from Express LLC. In this connection, Customer also authorizes the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by CBSA in their name, so that Express LLC can be reimbursed.
