Q: What is Marketplace?

A: Express Marketplace is a collection of labels and shops we love, curated by us, especially for you.

Q: How do I know if an item is a Marketplace item? 

A: You will find the Express Marketplace moniker in the product description of each Marketplace product. Each Marketplace item will be tagged with a phrase or icon on the product page indicating that it is a Marketplace item, sold and shipped by another Brand.

Q: How do you make sure my information is secure? 

A: The Express Privacy Policy applies to all information gathered to process Express Marketplace orders. Information provided to each Marketplace Seller will be limited to the minimum amount necessary in order for them to process your order (name and shipping address). All other personal information collected to process your order, including payment information, is maintained by Express only. In addition, Express mandates that all Marketplace Sellers follow the Express Privacy Policy and will have limitations on sharing your information for purposes other than fulfillment of your order.

Q: How are items shipped/exchanged/canceled?

Shipping:
Your Express Marketplace items will be shipped directly from the Seller and will be typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Overnight and second day delivery are not available.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not allowed on Express Marketplace items. If you wish to try another size, color or style, you will need to contact the Seller and request a refund for the original item and then order the new item from express.com.
Order Cancellations:
As with all orders made on express.com, Express Marketplace orders cannot be canceled after the order has been submitted. If there are items within your order that you would like to return, please contact the Seller to initiate return process.

Q: How do I contact a seller? 

A: If there is an issue with your Marketplace product or general questions for the seller, please contact them directly. You can find this information in your confirmation email from when you placed your online order or on express.com under "My Account" in Online Orders.

Q: Where can I find tracking information? 

A: Tracking information can be found in the Online Orders section of My Account. The ship confirmation email will also contain the tracking information.

Q: Why am I being charged shipping on multiple items?

A: Since Express Marketplace items are sent directly by the Seller, you will be charged separately for the shipping of items from each Seller in your order. As you check out, you will see a separate line with the associated shipping charges for each Seller. Express Marketplace items do not qualify for Express' flat rate shipping and $50 free shipping threshold.

Q: Why are some products of the same brand treated differently for shipping and returns?

A: Express Marketplace items are brought to you directly from the various sellers in our network. Therefore, all shipping and returns have to be coordinated by each seller. There may be other products offered within the website by the same brand that Express buys the inventory and therefore can provide the same shipping and returns arrangements as any other Express product. Please note, that any Marketplace item will be clearly marked as Express Marketplace so that they are easy to identify.

Q: Can I earn Express points, redeem Express rewards and apply Express promos on Marketplace items?

A: No, unfortunately Marketplace products are excluded from the EXPRESS NEXT program (earning points, redeeming Rewards, and EXPRESS NEXT promotions and offers). All Express promotions are excluded from Marketplace items.

Q: Can I use gift cards?

A: Yes, you are able to use Express gift cards on Express Marketplace products.

Q: Can I use my EXPRESS NEXT credit card?

A: Yes, you can use your EXPRESS NEXT Credit Card on Express Marketplace products. You will not earn EXPRESS NEXT points for the Marketplace products. Marketplace products are excluded from the EXPRESS NEXT program (earning points, redeeming Rewards, and EXPRESS NEXT promotions and offers).
