Q: HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
A: You earn points towards rewards for every qualifying purchase made in-store and at express.com. Plus, you can earn bonus points for other activities such as reviewing products when you log in to express.com/insider
Q: HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO EARN A REWARD?
A: You will automatically receive a $10 reward* for every 2500 points earned (spend $250). Level up to A-List membership and earn a $15 reward* for every 2500 points. Earn rewards 2x as fast with an Express Credit Card and earn a reward for every 2500 points (spend $125).
Q: IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF POINTS OR REWARDS I CAN EARN?
A: There is no limit to the amount of points or rewards you can earn, however some bonus point opportunities are limited in the number of times you can complete them.
Q: IF I REACH 5000 POINTS WILL I GET TWO REWARDS?
A: If you reach 5000 points you will receive one reward valued at $20* for Express Insider members or $30 for Express Insider A-List members. Any customer who earns more than $90 worth of rewards in one earning period will receive multiple rewards.
Q: DO POINTS EVER EXPIRE?
A: Points will expire within a 12-month period unless used towards a reward.
Q: DO EXPRESS CREDIT CARDHOLDERS EARN POINTS DIFFERENTLY?
A: Yes. When you make a qualifying purchase with your Express Credit Card, you earn an additional 10 points (20 total points) per dollar spent in-store or at express.com. Comenity Bank issues Express Credit Cards.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
A: The points you earned for the items being returned will be deducted from your available point balance.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CURRENT POINT BALANCE IS LESS THAN THE AMOUNT OF POINTS DEDUCTED FOR A RETURN?
A: If there are not enough points available in your account, it will result in a negative point balance. Subsequent purchases will work your status back to a positive balance. Negative points do not expire.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ONLINE PROFILE?
A: Points usually post within 24 hours of your purchase, but can take up to 5 days. Bonus point opportunities can take up to 4-6 weeks after the promotion period. For online purchases, points do not post until the order is shipped and your credit card is charged. If you are concerned about missing points in your account, please call customer service at 888 EXP-1980. Please have your receipt available.

A: You can track your points by accessing your Insider profile online at express.com/insider. In addition, you can also download the Express App to track your points anytime, anywhere. You will also receive a monthly account summary via email.

Q: I HAVE REACHED 2500 POINTS, WHEN WILL I GET MY REWARD?
A: Rewards are calculated once per month, and an email will be sent to you once a reward posts to your account. If you have chosen to receive your reward reminder by mail, it will arrive a few weeks later.
Q: WHY DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD WHEN REDEEMING MY REWARD(S) ONLINE IF MY TRANSACTION BALANCE IS $0.00?
A: A credit card is required in the event a return is needed or if a reward was previously used or deemed invalid at the time of shipment.
Q: I HAVE MORE THAN ONE REWARD, CAN I USE THEM TOGETHER?
A: Yes. You can use up to 5 rewards in one transaction.
Q: HOW LONG ARE REWARDS VALID?
A: Rewards are valid for 60 days after they are posted to your account.
Q: CAN I USE MY REWARDS ONLINE?
A: Yes. Log into your account at express.com/insider or in the Express App before your purchase and all available rewards will be displayed during checkout.
Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?
A: You will receive an email notification once a reward is posted to your account. Once a reward has been posted it is available for immediate use in-store or at express.com. If you have chosen to receive your reward reminder by mail, it will arrive a few weeks later.
Q: CAN I GIVE MY REWARDS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
A: No. Rewards are non-transferable and only valid for the account that earned them.
Q: ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS WHEN USING OR REDEEMING A REWARD?
A: Yes, there are certain exclusions to using rewards. Rewards can only be used at Express, Express Men, Express Factory Outlet stores in the U.S. or online at express.com.
They cannot be used to:

• Pay shipping charges
• Pay international shipping fees
• Pay sales tax
• As payment on an Express Credit Card account
• Purchase gift boxes.
