Orders can be placed online at Express.com or by phone at 1-888-EXP-1980 (1-888-397-1980). Please have the seven or eight-digit style number, color, and size requested available for each item you wish to order. We are unable to process orders by mail or by fax. International orders must be placed online at Express.com. Certain items are ineligible for international shipping.
Items will be saved in your shopping bag for up to 30 days. By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved only after the checkout process is completed. Item(s) will be removed automatically from your shopping bag if they sell out. When you return to your Shopping Bag, you will receive notification that item(s) have been removed.
Occasionally, we may offer backorders for select items not yet available. Any in-stock item(s) on your order will ship right away. Any item(s) on backorder will ship via Standard Delivery as we receive them. Please note that this does not increase your Shipping & Handling charge and that you will not be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped.
International orders are not eligible for the following:
- Shipping promotions
- Free returns
- Gift with purchase promotions
- Gift receipt or Gift Box services
Currently, we accept the EXPRESS NEXT Credit Card, Express Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits (with a pin number), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payment options PayPal and PayPal Credit. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted. When using a Diner's Club International or JCB card, select Discover as your payment type. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted.
Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Once you place your order you may see a pending authorization on your account that is generally removed within 3-5 business days or once your order has shipped and payment has been submitted. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars. The actual price charged to International customers is subject to the exchange rate applied by the bank and credit card company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding conversion rates and fees.
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order's "ship to" address, in those states or jurisdictions where Express stores are located. Express follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Tax displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order. Express will also collect applicable sales and other applicable state taxes in any other state or jurisdictions after a new Express store opens in that state or jurisdiction.
International Processing Fee
The International Processing Fee includes all taxes, duties, and related administrative expenses to send the goods to your "ship to" location. You will not be responsible for any additional charges upon delivery. In order to provide duty free shipping for select locations, Express removes the applicable duties from the customer’s International Processing Fee and pays the applicable duties on behalf of the customer. There are, however, still taxes and administrative expenses that are part of the International Processing Fee that will be charged to the customer.

Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s). Please note if you placed your order using an Express GiftCard the funds from a canceled order will be held for five business days before being released
Changes to your Order
Once your order has been placed there is an extremely short window of time whereby we can make a change. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call 1-888-EXP-1980 as soon as possible. Please see our return policy for additional information.
Out of Stock Merchandise
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s). If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).
