Cute and fun dress. I'm very busty and this made me feel modest when most strapless dresses make me feel exposed. Color is rich and so pretty on!! I have a hour glass shape and this dress was surprisingly very flattering. Hugs in all the right places and still classy. January 27, 2012

Amazed by almost non-existing quality I could never understand what constitutes the price of some of Express items... This is one of them - looks and feels like a cheap piece of material sewed by hand perhaps by someone who just learned how to sew. Don't take me wrong - the idea is nice, but the quality of material and how it was stitched together is on par with much cheaper stores, while at the same time for the same price if not less on sale you can buy designer items or shop higher end brand names... This dress is fabulous! I purchased it in the purple color because they ran out of the cerulean at the stores in my area. I'm 5'5", 36DD, size 6 - 8 dress size (closer to 8). It fits like a glove! It is short but not too short and the pleating is really fun and gives the dress a wonderful shape, especially around the hips. The black band accentuates your waist, giving that hourglass shape and the top gives great support for anyone who is a little top-heavy. I felt great in it all night and got compliments from friends and strangers alike! I may have to get the cerulean one as well. January 1, 2012
