This shirt is just awesome! It does run a bit larger than the regular express dress shirt, but works well with a tank top underneath. I really enjoy the versatility of this shirt. I can wear this with practically anything...skinny jeans and flats/boots, skirt/ dress pants and heels. I love that it's low cut enough to wear out at night(it won't look too much like office wear), but also dressy enough to wear to the office. I find I either spend too much money in one category or the other then end up not having something to wear when needed, I'm so glad it works for both!
