Shipping Details

• For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.

•  At this time Express does not ship orders outside of the United States and selected territories.

•  Gift cards are shipped separately from merchandise items.

•   Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

•   All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

•   Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There is no additional charge for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Standard
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States, Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. There is no shipping & handling charge for Gift Cards delivered via Standard Delivery.

Second Day/Overnight
Orders must be made before 2:00 p.m. EST to guarantee that your order is processed same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays.

Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Ship to Multiple Addresses

There is a $5 additional charge for each additional shipping address. If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, simply click ‘Ship to multiple addresses’ during checkout or you can always place your order by phone at 1-888-EXP-1980.
