Shopping Bag

You may place as many items as you wish into your Shopping Bag. If you change the quantity you wish to order of an item in your shopping bag, be sure to click ‘Update Estimated Total.’ Items will be saved in your shopping bag for up to 30 days. By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved only after the checkout process is completed. Item(s) will be removed automatically from your shopping bag if they sell out. When you return to your Shopping Bag, you will receive notification that item(s) have been removed. At this time we do not accept backorders on express.com.

Payment Options

Currently, we accept the Express Credit Card, Express GiftCards, Express Merchandise Credits, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Express GiftCards and Express Merchandise Credits must have a pin number. Gift cards backed by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are also acceptable if the corresponding logos appear on the card.

Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout. Your credit card will be charged when the actual product is shipped.

Please note that we currently do not ship outside of the United States and selected territories. In order to make an online purchase, you must have a credit card billing address within the United States or Canada and a shipping address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States or Canada.

Sales Tax

Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s "ship to" address, in those states or jurisdictions where Express stores are located. Express follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Tax displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order. Note: State sales and other tax rates are subject to change at any time.

Express will also collect applicable sales and other applicable state taxes in any other state or jurisdictions after a new Express store opens in that state or jurisdiction.

Online Promo Codes

Click here to sign up for e-mail updates to receive exclusive offers valid online and in-store. If an offer is valid online, the Online Promo Code is typically located under the disclaimer. Simply enter your Online Promo Code in the applicable box during checkout and click ‘Apply.’

Not all offers are valid online and in-store. Please refer to the disclaimer information associated with each offer for terms and conditions. Unless specifically stated otherwise Online Promo Codes are not valid on clearance items, previous purchases, or in conjunction with any other coupons or Online Promo Codes. Online Promo Codes cannot be used to purchase Express GiftCards or E-GiftCards.

Order Processing

Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s). Please note if you placed your order using an Express GiftCard the funds from a canceled order will be held for five business days before being released.

Changes to your Order

Once your order has been placed there is an extremely short window of time whereby we can make a change. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call 1-888-EXP-1980 as soon as possible. Please see our return policy for additional information.

Out of Stock Merchandise

While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s). If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s). At this time we do not accept backorders on express.com.

Damaged Merchandise

If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged, please call 1-888-EXP-1980. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
