US GiftCards

If you are interested in purchasing a GiftCard for use on express.com or at any U.S. Express, Express Men, Express Last Hurrah, or Express Factory Outlet store location, click here. GiftCards are available online in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200. GiftCards never expire.

  • GiftCards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the GiftCard Number and Pin Number during checkout. You can enter up to three GiftCards to pay for your order.

  • There is no shipping & handling charge for GiftCards delivered via U.S. Standard Delivery. For expedited shipping, flat rates will apply. GiftCard purchases cannot be shipped to International addresses.

  • GiftCards are shipped separately from merchandise items. When merchandise is ordered along with GiftCards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the merchandise portion of the order - not the GiftCards.

  • GiftCard purchases are not eligible for promotional discounts.

Canada GiftCards

You may purchase GiftCards for use in Canada stores at any of our Canada store locations. GiftCards issued in Canada stores are not valid in US stores.

Use of a Canada GiftCard constitutes acceptance of the following terms. To check the available balance, visit any Express store or call 1-888-244-0327. Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. This card is issued by Express Canada GC, Limited Partnership and is redeemable for merchandise only at Express stores located in Canada and express.com unless otherwise required by applicable law. This card may not be used for payment on any EXPRESS NEXT Credit Card account, to purchase another GiftCard, or toward previously purchased merchandise. Treat this card as cash. If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, Express may replace it if you provide the card number. Replacement card will be the value of the card at the time Express receives your report of loss, theft or unauthorized use. This card carries no expiration date. E-GiftCards

If you are interested in purchasing an E-GiftCard for use on express.com or at any U.S. Express or Express Factory Outlet store location, click here. E-GiftCards are available in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200. E-GiftCards never expire.

Delivery is typically within a few hours of purchase, pending credit authorization and verification and barring any technical difficulties. E-GiftCard processing time may vary by the time of day an order is submitted. Orders submitted after 11:00pm EST may not be processed until the following day.

To Redeem Online: Enter your E-GiftCard Number and Pin Number during checkout online at Express.com. You can enter up to three E-GiftCards to pay for your order.
To Redeem In-Store: Print the entire E-GiftCard e-mail and present to any Express associate at checkout.

  • E-GiftCards are sent via e-mail to the recipient. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address or a nonexistent address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • We have the right to cancel E-GiftCards if obtained fraudulently.

  • E-GiftCards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the E-GiftCard and PIN numbers during checkout. You can enter up to three E-GiftCards to pay for your order.

  • There is no shipping & handling charge for E-GiftCards. E-GiftCards are available to U.S. customers only. E-GiftCard purchases cannot be placed using an International address.

  • When merchandise is ordered along with E-GiftCards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the merchandise portion of the order - not the E-GiftCards.

  • E-GiftCard purchases are not eligible for promotional discounts.

  • Merchandise returns by mail will be refunded in the form of an Express GiftCard.

Gift Receipt

For a complimentary gift receipt, you will need to check the box where it says 'Is this a Gift?' during checkout.

  • Prices will not display on the invoice that accompanies the order.
  • Price will be removed from the actual tag on the item
  • Due to customs restrictions International orders are not eligible for gift receipt services.

Premium Gift Box

Check the appropriate box on the shopping bag for each item you wish to have gift-boxed. Each item will be individually wrapped for a charge of $5 per box in our signature tissue paper and placed inside our Express Premium Gift Box.

  • One item per one box. At this time we are unable to place more than one item in a box.

  • Each premium gift box is packed carefully in a shipping box to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

  • Prices will not display on the invoice that accompanies the order.

  • Price will be removed from the actual tag on the item.

  • If you wish to order two of the exact same item and have only one of the two items gift boxed, add the items to your shopping bag one at a time.

  • Gift-boxing may not be available for some items due to their size. If you are purchasing an item that cannot be gift-boxed, we will be sure to let you know and rest assured you will not be charged for the service.

  • Due to customs restrictions International orders are not eligible for gift box services.
