Gift Cards
If you’re interested in purchasing a Gift Card for use on express.com or at any Express store location, please click ‘Gift Cards.’ Gift cards are available in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200.
• Gift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the Gift Card and PIN numbers during checkout. You can enter up to three gift cards to pay for your order.
• There is no shipping & handling charge for Gift Cards delivered via Standard Delivery. For expedited shipping, flat rates will apply. GiftCard purchases cannot be shipped to Canadian addresses.
• To check the available balance on a gift card, click here, visit any Express store or call 1-888-244-0327.
• Gift cards are shipped separately from merchandise items. When merchandise is ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the merchandise portion of the order - not the Gift Cards.
• Gift card purchases are not eligible for promotional discounts.
Gift cards may not be used for payment on any credit card account, to purchase another gift card, or toward previously purchased merchandise. Express is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. If the card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, Express may replace it if you provide the card number. Replacement cards will be the value for the card at the time Express receives your report of loss, theft, or unauthorized use. This card carries no expiration date.
E-GiftCards
Delivery is overnight, within 24 hours, pending credit authorization and verification and barring any technical difficulties. Express E-GiftCards can be redeemed online at Express.com or in any Express store location and E-GiftCards never expire.
To Redeem Online: Enter your E-GiftCard Number and Pin Number during checkout online at Express.com.
To Redeem In-Store: Print the entire E-GiftCard e-mail and present to any Express associate at checkout.
• E-GiftCards are sent via e-mail to the recipient. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address or a nonexistent address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• We have the right to cancel E-GiftCards if obtained fraudulently.
• E-GiftCards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the E-GiftCard and PIN numbers during checkout. You can enter up to three E-GiftCards to pay for your order.

• Merchandise returns by mail will be refunded in the form of an Express GiftCard.

Gift Receipt
For a complimentary gift receipt, you will need to check the box where it says ’Is this a Gift?’ during checkout.
• Prices will not display on the invoice that accompanies the order.
• Price will be removed from the actual tag on the item
• Due to customs restrictions Canadian orders are not eligible for gift receipt services.
Premium Gift Box
Check the appropriate box on the shopping bag for each item you wish to have gift-boxed. Each item will be individually wrapped for a charge of $5 per box in our signature black tissue paper and placed inside our Express Premium Gift Box.
• One item per one box. At this time we are unable to place more than one item in a box.
• Each premium gift box is packed carefully in a shipping box to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
• Prices will not display on the invoice that accompanies the order.
• Price will be removed from the actual tag on the item.
• If you wish to order two of the exact same item and have only one of the two items gift boxed that is not a problem, you will just need to add the items to your shopping bag one at a time.
• Gift-boxing may not be available for some items due to their size. If you are purchasing an item that can not be gift-boxed, we will be sure to let you know and rest assured you will not be charged for the service.
