Opening a New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you:
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth or other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Rules

To apply online you must:

• be at least 18 years of age.
• be a U.S. resident residing in the United States.
• have a U.S. social security number.
• have a major credit card.
• have a street, rural route or APO/FPO mailing address (no PO Box addresses).

Instructions

1. Review, then print or save the following documents:
   • Credit Card Terms and Conditions
   • Credit Card Agreement
   • Customer Privacy Statement
2. Review, then consent to the delivery of Electronic Communications.
3. Complete the application.
4. Submit the application.
