PEPLUM NECESSITY! Just got this top in green and red and have to say I absolutely love it... In terms of true to size I am not so sure because I fit a small and I am about six months pregnant, but hopefully after I deliver baby I will still be able to wear it with either "statement" jewelry and/or with a belt... The zipper in the back I personally feel wasn't needed, but the fact that it has pewter accents I do find it to be rather intriguing - I just wish EXPRESS was a little more considerate to things like this...
