I'm not sure what the difference is between this and the 22 inch one button jacket, but they look different on me. I LOVE how the sleeves are long, as I'm 5'11" with long arms and can never find sleeves that are long enough. My torso is normal length, so tall sizes dont really help. My only complaint with this jacket is that the sleeves seem pretty wide. Like they almost flare out at the elbow. I assume this was intended to facilitate pushing up or rolling up the sleeves, but I don't like it because I think the jacket looks bad with the sleeves down. If the 22 inch one button jacket didn't exist, I'd go with this one and make do with the sleeves.

This jacket is very appealing. I love it. I purchased it to go with the pencil skirt that zips up the back. It runs true to size.
