Great concept but strange fit This is the first item that I have 2 stars on Express clothes. I loved everything about this dress when I saw on the website. I have ordered online because my local store didn't carry it. Well,when I tried on, it fit fine on the upper body but it has extra fabric on both sides of the hip making the dress look ill fitted. I don't think my hip is particulatly smaller because I never had this issue before with other Express dresses. Unfortunately, this dress had to be returned. March 24, 2013
