You could wear this casually by pairing it with a knit cardi or denim jacket, or you could dress it up with a colourful statement necklace since its so basic that you could almost pair it with anything. The fabric on the zipper on the back is actually magenta which is cute. If you're under 5"4, then the dress will go down to your midthigh. Cute dress I bought this to wear to a conference, and also to wear during the spring and summer. I love it with a wide black or navy belt, or with a cardigan over it. Only 4 stars because it is quite short on me, so I'd feel uncomfortable wearing it to work. I'm 5'6 and 130 lbs and a small fit great. May 3, 2013
