STELLA SKINNY LEG JEAN
Not skinny jeans- more like a boot cut
I agree with Olenska.
These jeans seem to have changed. I just tried on a pair today in the store and I hate how they look. They look like a boot or barely boot cut, no way is it a skinny. I do like the jean legging look but have so many, that I wanted just some regular skinny jeans and I don't know what's going on.
I have a lot of skinny jeans from express that have a skinnier leg opening than these, and they aren't skin tight either.
What's happening express?!
Please make skinny jeans go back to skinny!

wish they would stock my size again!
I purchased these jeans in December in a size 10 long and I I love them. I've been trying to purchase another pair for months now and my size is never ever in stock. Can you please restock my size?? I've been waiting and waiting. I need 8 or 10 long.............

Not what they used to be
I bought these jeans several times in the past and absolutely adored them. The "skinny" leg was slim but not as tight as the jean leggings, and they were perfect for everyday. I bought two more pairs over Christmas to replace the ones I'd worn out and was terribly disappointed to find that the leg shape is significantly different. They look almost like a barely boot, and the very bottom tapers in a slight bit which makes it even worse.
The quality of the make seems consistent, and they fit fine up top, but the leg shape is definitely not what it used to be. I'm praying this is a temporary glitch and they manage to get back to the old shape. :/

These are a great pair of jeans. great casual replacement for slacks, comfortable, and have held up great through a first wash.

I first bought these jeans several years ago and ordered 3 subsequent pair that were by far my favorite jean ever. Perfect rise, the longs were the perfect length, which is always an issue for me. I had several pair because they were my go to jeans and I wore them daily. A few years later I ordered 3 more pair because my older ones were warn. One pair fit like leggings, one pair had a different pocket detail and fit about the same but a little tighter on the upper leg, and one pair fit everywhere great except the waist band itself was at least an inch or an inch and a half smaller that the other two pair. I sent the ones that fit like leggings back and said I thought they had the wrong tag/label on them because they were a completely different fit and asked them to send another pair like on of the other two pairs I bought. I sent the order form. All the jeans had the same name (Stella Skinny Leg Jean). If they were all the same jean why did they all fit differently. Clearly there is a consistency issue in the manufacturing. To make matters worse, i wear a 14L. That size is NOT carried in the stores so I can't simply try on multiple pair to get the fit I loved a few years ago. I can only order them on line. Which is absurd. Reluctantly I'll have to find another brand/ fit that works for me. They just aren't the same jean they used to be. PS. I work out daily and my body has NOT changed. I'm still the same size as I was years ago when I liked the fit. So it's not my body that changed. Its the jeans.
