summer interview appropriate I am 5'5'' and I usually take a size xs in their shirts. I am larger chested and had to go up to a size medium in order to close the buttons without it pulling across the chest. I bought it in the pink and royal blue. Very cute!! March 27, 2013

Professional for the summer This top is perfect for the summer because of the short sleeves and the fabric. The metal accents on the sleeves make the shirt look expensive and gives it a little attitude, but it's just enough for work. These kind of tops can be worn with dress slacks or with jeans or shorts.
