Better than tights! I bought these as a way to class up some outfits. I've been wearing opaque tights with most skirts and dresses but wanted to give my outfits a little more edge but still remain classy. Too long!! I own a few pairs of small dot tights in black (from another brand). I was very excited that Express carries them in natural color which I had been looking for. But I was so disappointed we I tried them on. I'm 5.5' and the Small is way too long for me! October 29, 2012
