Give 'em a frill with a sexy sheer top that finishes with a peplum flourish. A crepe chiffon top layer takes a demure approach to skin baring over a silky spaghetti strap lining that conceals just enough.

Elastic waist, peplum ruffle
PRINTED CHIFFON DOUBLE V-NECK PEPLUM TOP
The print is lovely but this top just did not look right on me. It made my middle look puffy.
I would suggest if you can to try it on at a store first.

I saw this shirt in the store and had to try it on. It is very flattering. I bought the neutral color and it looks great with my dark brown editor pants.

Cute, Versatile Top
The neutral color is very cute, but the blue one looks more slimming. I am 4’11”, 95 lbs, 32B, 23” waist and the XS is too big on me, but fits my sister perfectly who is 5’2”, 116 lbs, 34C. She loves this top in blue so much cuz it makes her look slimmer and how versatile it is since it can be worn with dress pants, jeans, and shorts. The sheer chiffon top layer adds a sexy side to it, but has enough coverage when bent over.

I got this in the neutral zebra print and I really like it. It runs true to size for the XS. I can see where there may be a problem if you have a larger chest but I don't, so the fit wasn't awkward as mentioned in other reviews. Can be dressed up or down. Glad I bought it!

Okay, cute, but akward
This top is ok. I like the material and the color and pattern are pretty. I wore it today with the columnist black slacks and felt super cute when I left the house. But through out the day I have been fussing with the top a lot. The top and bottom layers don't stay lined up at the neck line unless you pull constantly on the back of the shirt and it looks sloppy and weird. Also, as with many tops from Express, I feel like it is made for SUPER busty ladies. I am a 36C and I feel the top part of the shirt in size M is too big but the shirt otherwise fits good. Overall, its ok. Cute if you don't mind fussing with your outfit all day.
