    Very cute dress but... I loved the look of this dress. On the screen, on the hanger... I love the cap sleeves, the neckline, the peekaboo lace. But I am average height (5'6) and the waistline hits a little over an inch ABOVE my natural waist... and I have a somewhat short torso for my height. WHY EXPRESS, WHY?! I really do not understand why you would make petite dresses and market them as regular. If you are petite this dress will likely fit you beautifully. I really love it and was very sad to return it, but the high waistline (something I see in a lot of Express dresses, sadly) just made the fit weird on me. The hip area is roomy like another reviewer said, but not in a bad way. I don't think this dress was designed to fit snug at the hips - it's more a cross between a pencil skirt and an A-line skirt. For reference, 5'6, 120, size 2 fit me well (except for the high waist issue) - this is my usual size at Express. May 2, 2013
    Beautiful and Elegant I love this dress! I think the material is very nice considering how much it costs and it has got personality, yet is something I can wear anywhere. I think it's the perfect dress to wear at a professional event, wedding, or even going out. I'd recommend a bright colored or glitter colored shoe for contrast. April 14, 2013
