special texture special texture, quite eye catching, although it doesn't show easily. Fit is ok, mature November 24, 2013
Fit well, like the pattern but not too obvious given the color of suit. October 9, 2013
Not for the long and lanky.... Gorgeous fabric and great jacket in concept, but the fit wasn't good on my thin body. I'm 5'-5" - the sleeves were JUST long enough, but there was certainly no room to spare. The body was huge. I realize jackets may be becoming less fitted again, but this just was not attractive. I did keep the jacket - but only because my mom is great at sewing and she offered to alter it for me. For the average person to pay for the jacket, then pay for alterations - it's not worth it. That being said, if you are short and stocky, this jacket may be a perfect fit. Long and lanky - stay away from it! October 6, 2013
Great addition! I tried this on in the store, and I loved it. The sleeves were a perfect fit. I didn't have to get the sleeves altered as I did on other Express suit jackets (usually 2 inches too long). I got a size 6 since I didn't want it tight in the body. It looks very professional without it puckering. I'm 5'4", 127 lbs, 34B. My suit size is usually size 4 or 6. September 23, 2013
Disappointed I went into the store to try and find this, unfortunately it wasn't carried yet, so I tried on some similar styles to get an idea of sizing. I normally wear a S or M in Express tops. I'm 135lbs, 5'7" and a 34D, for reference. I was suprised how small these jackets run! I ordered an 8 and a 10 (I've never worn a 10 in anything in my entire life!) The jacket itself is gorgeous, but I'm very disappointed in the fit. The sleeves are very short and very tight, they barely hit my wrist, much less where they're supposed to. The 10 (10!!) I can wear comfortably, but there is just soooo much extra material on the sides, combined with how short the jacket is (It doesn't even hit the waist band of my pants) makes me think I'm going to have to take it back. It definitely doesn't do me any favors. I hate that because the jacket itself (while on a hanger) is absolutely gorgeous. Le sigh. September 23, 2013
