This clip runs small. When I first got it I thought it would be bigger but it wasn't. Either way I still use it. I only use it with my skinny ties from express. I would not recommend to use it with large ties.

It surely is one tiny tie bar, let's confirm that right away. You have to secure this baby - which is easy because of how it's made - or you will lose it without even noticing. It's shiny enough to be noticed but subtle enough to leave your tie as the main attraction.
One negative about the bar is that it's sometimes a little hard to keep your tie centered on your shirt because of how small it is. You need to keep the bar affixed to both your shirt and tie; however, on some of the thicker ties it is very hard to do. I suggest wearing this bar with your favorite skinny or narrow tie from EXPRESS. Leave the ties sized 3" or more to a bar with more length.

Does not fit/work as I had thought/planned. Difficult to situate on the tie/shirt.
