an off-the-rack button-up shirt for... the full-busted woman. Express is great for that without needing tailoring first. I'm a 32F with a small rib cage and narrow shoulders, and the medium fit me well. No tailoring required. It's amazing how much of a difference a few changes will make. I'm a big fan of the regular essential shirt, but the contrasting and the details in the tailoring make this shirt really pop. It looks awesome with jeans and I've got my eye out for just the right pencil skirt to put it with, as well. March 29, 2013

I Wear This Often Wonderful purchase. It's such a great fit! I like how the buttons are tucked away beneath the white stripe. I probably wear this to work once a week. For your reference: I weigh around 110 pounds, I'm 5'3" tall, and I bought this in XS. February 28, 2013
