Adds a pop of color I normally don't buy a lot of jewelry but I just so happened to be looking for a way to dress up the loop back tank I bought (I got the fluoro pink one). I saw this necklace but initially I didn't buy it because it was kinda pricey. I left the store and ended up coming back because it was the best looking one I could find. I couldn't stop thinking about it. The neon yellow at the bottom of the necklace looks great with a hot pink or coral top. Very summery! April 7, 2013
