    Beautiful & Bright love the versatility of this dress- you can dress it up or down. i was going to buy this in a small online but tried it on in the store first and ended up having to get an extra small, i think it runs a little big. it is such a bold, bright color and really eye-catching.     Drastic Size Difference I love this dress, but I highly recommend trying it on at the store before buying. The difference in length between the small and xsmall is very drastic. I wanted this to wear to the office with a blazer, but when I tried on the small it was too big, but the length was perfect. The xsmall is several inches shorter to my disappointment, but at least it fits now. June 1, 2013

    Gorgeous and Chic!!!! A must have for summer! I had soo many compliments for this beautiful dress. I wore a Express neutral jacket on this dress with Express's pretty neon and beige scarf...that way it looked way more gorgeous with a balance of neon and neutral color scheme...Its an awesome dress and it looks very chic if we style it up well with neutral accents to tone down the neon and make it show at the right amounts...Iam a designer and its just a nice piece of dress I can play with...Thanks Express!!!!!
