I purchased the all-black version of this dress, and am so happy I did - it is a very flattering mini-dress, that looks really great and is very comfortable. The shoulders do run a bit wide, but the material hugs your curves beautifully, especially on the rear. Can't wait to wear for spring and summer, with some wedge sandals or heels. Got an XS, am ~120lbs, 5'5" and fit great - on the shorter side, but body-conscious and skims well.

Perfect color-blocking and fit
I originally went into my local Express to try on the "Color Block T-Shape" dress in my attempts to expand my work-to-play wardrobe and I hated the boxy fit, but loved the white and black contrast. Luckily, this dress was nearby with the same color scheme, a similar color-block, and a much more skimming fit.
This dress is SO flattering thanks to the black blocking on both sides and is the perfect addition to both a work wardrobe and a going out wardrobe. The v-back also didn't hit as low as I thought it might (no exposed bra!) which was a welcome surprise, but I would still recommend wearing it with a blazer to the office.
Because there is a seam going around the waist, the dress looks best if worn with a belt (a red skinny belt looks fantastic!)
For reference, I am 5'4", 136 lbs, and a 34D and got the size Small (my typical size in Express tops and dresses).
