The classic trench gains a new edge with boxy shape and a length that flirts with cropped. It refreshes the timeless look of a button-up, slim pants and flats, and hits the height of the now over an all white ensemble.
Very, very boxy...
When they say boxy, they really mean it with this jacket. Order a size down if you can. It does not have as much shape as the front view pictures imply (I think the reason has to do with the way the models are standing and holding the front of the jackets open with their hands in the pockets). The picture that shows the back of the jacket is more accurate. It's not terrible if you are confident enough to wear a loose, cropped trench with something like a slim top and skinny jeans. But it is not form fitting in any sense, so look elsewhere if that's what you want. I knocked off a star because the sizing was way off, even for a boxy style.

I really looked forward to receiving this one in the mail. I bought the blue. I LOVED the color, and weight; but the fit was horrible! I know that its name is called "boxy" however, I really didn't expect it to fit like an actual box! The XS was HUGE, and I could have fit two of me inside it. It had zero shape to it, and just had no style.Even wearing it open just made you appear much larger than you actually are because it had no shape. So sad because I really wanted to love this. I hope they come out with another jacket in the same color, in a more fitted style. :(
