Great but not Awesome
Small was better on top, but medium fit better on the banded bottom. Noticed if it is too tight it will accentuate any belly bump you might be dealing with (ie: Aunt Flo's visit or too much beer the night before). Because it's a little big on top, cannot wear a standard bra with it if you don't want the straps to show. Great colors and really cute but a little too much effort (picking the correct bra or dealing w trying to hide bloating) for a simple shirt. I moved this from my T's section of the closet to my more dressy side. Easiest way to wear it is with jeggings or skinny's like mentioned in other reviews.

Bought this on a whim and ended up loving it. Great for wear-to-work then after work activities especially with some jeggings. Very cute. The material is soft and drapey - the perfect figure flatterer, but It does run slightly large. I am bemoaning the fact that I couldn't get one in black too!

If you want to accentuate a little waist, or make the illusion that you have a little waist, I think this is the best top. It 'fluffs' your top half while it hugs your waist, so it makes you look smaller and the ruching helps hide tummies. It can easily be dressed up, or even dressed down. I have black, ivory, salmon, and neon berry, and there are just so many options and occasions to wear them.

WHAT's with the COLOR?
I should have listened to previous reviews stating that this yellow color is way off. But I didn't. And now I have to exchange it for a different color. The shirt itself is great- great material, great fit (size small and I'm 5'6 130 lbs). The color on the other hand is NOT pale yellow as it looks in the picture which is too bad because I was falling in love with the light yellow color I thought it would be. It's definitely BRIGHT and more of a Chartreuse in between neon green and yellow. Ladies, you have been warned! Go with another color unless BRIGHT is your thing. :)

Unlike in the photo, the bottom band of the shirt hit me two or three inches below my waist making it very unflattering. I am only 5'7" so I don't think it is a height problem but perhaps a better purchase for shorter women.
