Not for the Short Waisted I was super excited to get this dress in the mail, but was sadly disappointed when I tried it on. I have a short torso and the cut outs just did not look right. They gaped and looked really unflattering. I am sad that this dress didn't going to work out because it is just as cute as pictured, just not great for all body types. March 21, 2013
