Good fit
It is a great color pattern. Great for people with curves. Love the bandage skirt bottom.

Could Be Better
I absolutely love the bandage skirts that Express sells and figured that i would love this dress equally as much. I'm 5'1' 110lbs and ordered an extra small. I'm a size 32C and found the top part to be borderline uncomfortably loose. I can only imagine how it would have fit a flat chested woman. The dress definitely flatters my waist and legs but the top part still looks a little blah. I'm sure with a little TLC and accessories I can turn this dress into the dress I thought it always could be but i still feel that if you're not at least a B.. this dress isn't going to look right.
